Jenny and Jay founded The Vantage Home in 2016 as a husband-and-wife team with roots in New York City real estate and a shared belief that every great design begins with an even better story. What began as a brokerage evolved into something more intentional — a design, build, and hospitality practice rooted in earthy palettes, energizing feng shui, and easy living. Where design inspires living, not the other way around.
When they found the property in Three Rivers, Jenny saw what it could become. Her eye for revitalizing older homes — blending functionality with expressive style — shaped every decision, from the mid-century modern furnishings to the way each bedroom carries its own quiet personality. Jay's real estate expertise ensured the execution was as sound as it was meticulous.
The result is Sierra Skyline — a retreat on the edge of the Sierra Nevada foothills designed not just to impress, but to restore. A place where the surrounding landscape becomes the main event, and where guests consistently leave saying they didn't want to go.

We had an amazing weekend at Sierra Skyline! The home is gorgeous, cozy, and in such a perfect location for enjoying the Sequoias. It was the perfect spot for our group to relax, spend time together, and enjoy nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s place!! It was the perfect size for us (3 couples and an infant). The kitchen was well stocked for meals at home and everyone had plenty of space. The EV charger was very helpful and it only took about 10 minutes to get to the entrance of Sequoia National Park!
